According to Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a statutory period of 14 days after delivery of his order to withdraw.
To exercise this right, please visit our Returns Center in the 30 days following the reception of your order and follow the instructions:
FOSSETTE Returns Center
Once approved, the instructions and return address will be sent to the customer by email. The Customer then has 14 days to return to FOSSETTE the products concerned, accompanied by the RMA number that was assigned to identify the package.
No returns will be accepted without our prior approval.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.
Return fees are at the Customer's costs and the products are transported under his responsibility.
Upon exercise of this statutory right of withdrawal, FOSSETTE will refund the Customer within 14 days.
FOSSETTE reserves the right not to refund if the products are damaged or have been used.
